Simply contact us by phone or email to check availability.  Once your reservation is confirmed and required deposit is received, your date is secured.

IS THERE A REQUIRED MINIMUN?

Yes and No.  If you're picking up items, there is no minimum requirement.  If you're wanting your rental items delivered, there is a $100 minimum order plus delivery fee.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER BOOKING?

Yes, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.  The remaining balance is due three days before pick up or delivery, unless other arrangements have been made per your rental agreement.

Absolutely!  You can add or remove items based on availability.  We recommend making changes as early as possible to provide the best items for your event and allow timeframe for amended contract and deposit.

Yes, we offer delivery and pick up services for your convenience.  Delivery fee is $25 within the Wichita metro area.  Longer distances can be arranged based on distance to your location.

We proudly serve the greater Wichita area including: Wichita, Andover, Augusta, Bel Aire, Benton, Derby, El Dorado, Haysville, Kechi, Leon, Maize, Mulvane, Park City, Valley Center, Goddard, Rose Hill, and Towanda.

Setup is available for many of our rental items.  If it is an item that requires us to set up/take down, it will be included with the rental price so no worries about any extra fees.

Most rentals are for a single-day event, but extended rentals are available upon request.  And we want to take the stress out of your event planning, so please reach out to us.

We ask that items be free of food, trash, and personal belongings. We'll handle normal cleaning and sanitizing after pick up/drop off.

WHAT IF AN ITEM GETS DAMAGED?

Normal wear is expected, but customers are responsible for damage beyond ordinary use or lost items as outlined in the rental agreement.  The renter authorizes Rent + Rally to charge the credit card on file for the reasonable cost of the repair or replacement, including any applicable labor.  We will make efforts to notify renter before processing any such charges and will provide an itemized explanation upon request.

Because we don't require full payment until 3 days before your event, you need to let us know 72 hours in advance of your event to prevent your credit card from being charged.  If canceled within the timeframe on your rental contract, you will not be charged, minus your 20% non-refundable deposit that you already paid.

We accept major credit cards to secure your deposit.  We also accept cash or major credits to pay your rental invoice.

Of course! We'd be happy to arrange a time for you to view our inventory or provide additional photos or videos upon request.

Yes!  Every item is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before and after each rental to ensure it is safe and arrives in excellent condition.
